Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at renaldiservicesllc@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right — with a replacement or full refund.
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
Bundle orders: Individual items from bundle sets cannot be returned separately.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
