Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $3.99. Orders totaling $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping when the promotion is available and applicable at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Glow Theory Skin Co. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

Glow Theory Skin Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, insufficient address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building management, and the shipping carrier.

Glow Theory Skin Co. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier and subsequently lost or stolen.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and shipping packaging so we can review the issue.

International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
